Ventol were tasked with the supply & commission of the CCTV, access control, video intercom and intruder alarm systems within the grade 1 listed Cambridge House Hotel. The hotel consists of 102 rooms and 7 residences across five floors Our in-house, fire & security engineers completed the full commissioning process within a tight programme.

Ventol were tasked with the supply & commission of the CCTV, access control, video intercom and intruder alarm systems within the grade 1 listed Cambridge House Hotel.

Scope of Works:

Issue site specific risk assessment and method statement.

Installation of 405 separate I-Pro cameras centrally controlled via a bespoke video management system

Installation of hardwired and wireless Salto access control locks throughout the front and back of house areas

Installed 8 independent intruder alarm systems

Installed video intercom system throughout the building

Tested and commissioned all systems on completion of works
