Scope of Works:
Design new lighting installation to BS7671 & BS5266.
To strip out existing lighting and redundant containment.
Install new lighting as per contractors agreed, proposed fittings & drawings.
Lighting installation to include adequate emergency lighting (>75lux).
Amenity lighting to be included over doorways within the car park area as appropriate.
Floodlighting is to be installed to provide illumination to uncovered areas of the car park on the ground floor.
New distribution boards have been allowed to be installed in car park switch room areas.
Testing to be completed to BS7671.
